Do I need to be present during installation?

Not necessarily. Our site supervisors manage day-to-day execution and share regular photo/video updates. You're welcome to visit whenever you like, and we'll schedule key milestone walkthroughs.

Do you work with existing furniture, or only design from scratch?

Both. We're happy to design around pieces you want to keep and blend them with new modular work, or start completely from scratch — whichever suits your budget and vision best.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in modular furniture, hardware, and fittings installed as part of your project — including hinges, channels, and core structural work. It does not cover damage from misuse or third-party alterations. Full terms are shared in your project contract.
